The rental due date is the first day of the month. A late fee is enforced if payments are not received by the 6th day of the month. The easiest way to get your payment to us quickly is through your online account.
HOW DO I PAY MY STORAGE BILL?

You can pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card in our payment portal. You can access this through the "Pay Rent" tab from our website.
WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY BELONGINGS?

At Osprey Storage Premier, you can access your belongings from 6:00am - 10:00pm daily
IS INSURANCE REQUIRED?

Yes, you are required to have tenant insurance to protect your items. You can use your own insurance or our properties provided insurance when booking a unit.
AM I REQUIRED TO STORE LONG-TERM?

Tenants are never required to store long-term. We offer flexible month-to-month leases.
WHAT SECURITY FEATURES DO YOU OFFER?

Osprey Storage Premier is an indoor facility that can only be accessed with a code and offers 24/7 security survelliance cameras.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN LOCK?

Yes, you will need to provide your own lock for your unit. Please check with the office to see if we have any available for purchase.
